In 1948, a Nazi engineer named Wernher von Braun wrote a book. Marsprojekt. It was technical. It was precise. It described a Mars colony ruled by an engineer called the Elon.
In 1971, a boy was born in Pretoria. His father named him Elon. The father had read von Braun’s book. He liked the name.
The boy grew. He left Africa. He built companies.
In 2002, he founded SpaceX. To reach Mars.
In 2016, he proposed the Boring Company. To dig tunnels. Von Braun’s book said Martians lived underground. They rode high-speed subways. Was Elon impatient and wanted to dig tunnels right away like in Marsprojekt?
In 2019, he unveiled the Cybertruck, the ultimate vehicle to colonize Mars.
In 2023, he launched Starship. A silver rocket taller than the Statue of Liberty. He said Mars needed a technocracy. There were be no nations. Only engineers.
In 2025, Elon had DOGE, a handful of engineers and technicians, rule over the federal government.
In 1952, von Braun wrote: “Mars is governed by professionals—engineers, scientists.” The book said the Martian leader was called the Elon.
Why Is Elon involved in the current government? Could it be a speed run to get to the final premise of Marsprojekt?
Or are all these simple Coincidences?
The father named his son after a colorful fiction. The son built the colorful fiction, one by one. Maybe the future of Elon is already written.
